In other words, be able to determine values for Net thrust (Fn), RPM (N1), Fuel Flow (FF), Turbine Inlet Temperature (TIT), variable nozzle diameter etc for controlled and uncontrolled flight conditions and for ISA and non-ISA conditions.

Collect this gained data into a special formatted excel file and report to our System and Avionics coder.

Post weekly progress report on the forums.

Be able to be present during the weekly Flight Model Department meeting (discussion and evaluation of our weekly progress + discussing new approaches, open issues and problems etc).

Bachelor/Engineering degree in (powerplant) aerodynamics (aeronautics) or degree that can justify his/her application request (this can be also due to his/her experience level).

Be able to work independent yet be able to work in a team. Highly motivated.

Have a good english language knowledge on the technical aspects on the subject to improve team comms.

Be able to work a minimum of 10 to 15 hours a week average.

Coding (C++) experience is an advantage, but not required.

    We offer you:
A trial period of 1 month and after a positive evaluation, a XSI contract of indeterminate period.

The excitement of being a part of a team that brings commercial simulation technology to a new and higher detailed realistic level. See how this projects evolves day by day.

A constructive professional work environment with professional people.

    Notes:
Some requirements might be overruled by other qualifications/experience level etc so if you think you are qualified for this position, please do not hesitate to contact us.

You can send your resume to our Flight Model Department Executive Representative Dirk “Pacman” Verbist
